Full Time staff receive 550 points per year

Part Time staff receive 330 points per year

Returns and Exchanges

We’re here to help! If you believe an item is damaged, defective, requires repair, or needs to be exchanged, please contact Crystal at crystal@onduty.ca to initiate a Sales Return Authorization (SRA) request.

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Please do not return any products until your request has been reviewed and approved. If your request is approved, you will receive a Sales Return Authorization (SRA) with instructions on how to return your item.

Shipping

We are required to ship to your home address. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO UPDATE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS ON YOUR STORE PROFILE.
We ship all orders by Canada Post. Orders will be shipped “signature required”. If someone is not home to sign for the package you’ll be required to pick up your orders at the closest depot.
